PRIMARY NURSE

Job Purpose

As a Primary Nurse at Naufar, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based nursing care to individuals on a journey of healing and recovery. You’ll play a pivotal role in providing individualized care, ensuring patient safety, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting patients with empathy and respect.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Professional/Academic Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in nursing or an equivalent qualification. Specialized certifications in mental health or addiction nursing are an asset.

Certifications/Licensure:

• Valid Nursing license from the country of origin. Must satisfy revalidation criteria.
• Eligible for Psychiatry license from the Licensing authority in the State of Qatar to practice Healthcare Profession.
• Up-to date CPD in relevant areas.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in psychiatric or addiction care. We also welcome recent graduates from Qatar-based institutions who have completed their internships.
