PREVENTION SPECIALIST (HEALTHCARE)

As a prevention specialist at Naufar, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating SUDs Prevention programs conducted by Naufar Center.

SENIOR CONSULTANT PSYCHIATRIST

The Senior Consultant Psychiatrist must be able to contribute on delivering an integrated strategic vision and planning for Clinical, Research, Education and training that improves the quality of patient care. He will oversee and set the direction for the delivery of services.

PSYCHIATRY- SPECIALIST

The Psychiatry – Specialist participates in the management of patients to the extent of his/her delineation of privileges. Research is a key and integral component to the Naufar’s Strategic aim to become an Academic Health System.

PSYCHIATRIST CONSULTANT

The Psychiatrist Consultant actively contributes to the teaching and training of students and junior doctors, and to the development of his specialty through leadership, academe and research.

PRIMARY NURSE

As a Primary Nurse at Naufar, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based nursing care to individuals on a journey of healing and recovery.

EXPRESSIVE ART THERAPIST

Provide high quality expert Expressive Arts Therapy including the; planning, designing and facilitation of rehabilitation program.

NURSE TECHNICIAN

Provide nursing care services according to instructions from Nurse-in-charge of shift including following up treatment plans.

NURSE

The Primary Nurse provides individualized nursing care, according to treatment plans, to best meet patient needs. Duties include but are not limited to: administering medications, monitoring patients for effects of treatment, collaborating with multidisciplinary team, providing screening and observations, recording patient observations and therapeutic interventions. The Primary Nurse works as part of the multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence based, primary nursing services at the highest level of professional and quality standards. Supports the mission and vision of Naufar and Nursing Services Department.

PSYCHIATRIST CONSULTANT

The Psychiatrist Consultant is a senior doctor who has oversight responsibility for his team of junior doctors and manages other team members. He should be able to take a comprehensive view of the care pathway. He accepts ultimate responsibility for the care of all patients admitted under his supervision.

PSYCHIATRIST SPECIALIST

The Psychiatry – Specialist works in a team setting and is accountable to the Consultant Psychiatry, Section Head and/or Department Chair. He acts under the guidance of the Psychiatrist Consultant in the provision of clinical service and supports the Consultant Psychiatry in their duties.
